The Cba identity and what i would change
I think the cba logo works quite well despite being quite boring, it does the job and the colours work very well for archeology. I think i would of used green too.
- The name CBA needs to go, as its the text talk slang for cant be arsed.
- the problems are
- it says cant be arsed
- its a council,
- they are british
- and archeologists
- and all three of those words needs to be in there ideally so its going to have to be something quite similar, and also not too long, i think 4 words max.
- for example...British archeology society together and really digging (bastard would be too long)
- it needs to be an acronym, i know the bloke who gave us the brief hates them but the cba wont and thats what they would want. Its not like they are a bad thing, a hell of alot of very successful company's use acronyms. Also, as he said thats how government, council people ect talk, in acronyms.
What is the Yca and the stuff they get.
The best thing about the yca is you get to meet Baldrick!

Here we go
I have decided to do the CBA brief, out of both of them i think i could get the most out of this one and also i was into Archaeology and history when i was younger, up untill the point were we started to get taught the polotics side of history and i lost intrest instantly. If somebody wasnt going into battle i didnt care and i think the YAC will be the same. Show them a 400 year old knife, fork and bowl and they wont care but show them a battle axe and they will love it. Maybe that was just me and i watched Conan the barbarian too many times.
